Introduction

Hello my name is Dennis L. Wheeler.I live in Oak Park California, a small town 20 minutes east of Malibu.It is a great place to raise a family because it provides an excellent school system. There is all plenty of places to shop, movie theatres, and a go-kart track was just recently constructed in the neighboring town of Thousan Oaks.I have always had a dream for the "good life" fancy houses, fast cars, yachts, and jets.Unlike most kids my age I have been willing to put in the work for it.I just recently purchased an Acura TSX for my first car using my own money that I have accumulated over the past 6 years. I did so by gardening, babysitting, petsitting, and car washing for nearby neighbors.I always knew what I wanted to do whether it be a Doctor, Lawyer, Counseler, or Veterinarian, but no other proffesion caught my attention as much as Real Estate. I am sixteen years old and have been interested in real estate for about five years. I was sitting on the couch watching T.V. and I landed right on the show "Million Dollar Listing." "Million Dollar Listing" is show with three main characters; Josh Flag, Chad Rogers, and Madison Hildebrand. They are all within the ages of 22-33. They are all making very good money and seem to be enjoying their job. Real Estate seemed very appealing to me because I love architecture, socializing, and making money(who doesn't)!I planned to begin my career in real estate in my home town and neighboring towns. Though, I eventually planned to extend my knowledge into building my own Broker that competes with large companies such as Re/max, Century 21, and other top brokers. So I set out on a quest to earn my license and meet the people I needed to acquire the skills I needed to assert myself to the top of the real estate market!
